BEFORE YOU ARRIVE
We’re looking forward to welcoming you to Fantasy Island Holidays! To help your stay get off to the best possible start, please take a moment to read the information below.
Check-in & Check-out
Check-in: From 4:00pm
Check-out: By 10:00am
If you expect to arrive later than planned, please let us know before you travel and we’ll do our best to help.
£100 Security Deposit
A £100 refundable security deposit is required when you check in.
You must bring the card used to make your booking when you check in. If you cannot provide this card, we may be unable to check you in.
This deposit will normally be refunded within 7 working days of departure (subject to your bank), provided the accommodation is left clean, undamaged and these Terms & Conditions have been followed.
Bring Photo ID
Please bring photo identification with you.
We may also ask to see the payment card used to make your booking to help protect against fraud.
Parking
Your booking includes complimentary parking for up to 2 registered holiday guests. Please ensure your vehicle registration is provided during check-in.
Holiday Wristbands
Eligible bookings include up to four Holiday Wristbands. These are issued during check-in, so please ensure everyone in your party is present where possible.
Please remember that Holiday Wristbands do not guarantee every ride or attraction will be operating. Before booking, please check the Theme Park operating calendar at www.fantasyisland.co.uk.
Bringing Your Dog?
Dogs are welcome only in designated dog-friendly accommodation.
Maximum one dog per accommodation
Dogs must remain on a lead around the park
Dogs must not be left unattended
Please clean up after your dog
Assistance dogs are welcome in accordance with the Equality Act 2010.
During Your Stay
If you notice anything wrong with your accommodation, please tell Guest Services as soon as possible—ideally within 24 hours of arrival. This gives us the best opportunity to put things right during your stay.
Visitors
Friends and family are welcome to visit during the day.
Please note:
Overnight stays are not permitted unless guests are included on the original booking.
Visitors must pay standard parking charges.
Holiday Wristbands cannot be issued to visitors.

Terms & Conditions
Please read these Terms & Conditions carefully, as together with your confirmation of booking, they make up your agreement with us.
1. Booking Your Holiday
1.1 A booking is confirmed when we send you a booking confirmation by email.
1.2 If we cannot accept your booking, we will let you know as soon as possible and refund any payments made.
1.3 These Terms & Conditions apply whether your booking is made online, by telephone, by email or in person.
1.4 The lead guest must be at least 18 years old and is responsible for ensuring that all members of their party comply with these Terms & Conditions.
2. Payments
2.1 The price of your holiday will be confirmed when you book.
2.2 A minimum deposit of 15% is required to secure your booking unless your arrival date is within 28 days, in which case full payment is required.
2.3 The remaining balance must be paid no later than 28 days before your arrival date.
2.4 If full payment is not received by the due date, we may cancel your booking without further notice.
2.5 Prices include only the accommodation and items specifically stated at the time of booking.
2.6 Promotional offers and discounts are subject to availability, cannot be combined unless stated, and may be withdrawn at any time before booking.
3. Changes & Cancellations
By You
3.1 If you need to cancel your booking, please contact us as soon as possible by telephone and confirm your cancellation by email.
3.2 Cancellation charges are:
More than 42 days before arrival – Deposit only.
28–42 days before arrival – 50% of the total booking value.
Less than 28 days before arrival – 100% of the total booking value.
3.3 Deposits are non-refundable.
3.4 Subject to availability, we may allow you to change your arrival date. Any new arrival date must normally be within three months of the original booking.
3.5 If your new holiday costs more than your original booking, you must pay the difference.
3.6 If your new holiday costs less, no refund will be given unless the amendment is made within 14 days of your booking confirmation.
3.7 We recommend that all guests arrange suitable holiday insurance.
By Us
3.8 We may cancel your booking if accommodation becomes unavailable, if circumstances outside our reasonable control prevent us from operating, or where we are required to do so by law.
3.9 If this happens, we will either:
offer suitable alternative accommodation; or
provide a full refund of monies paid.
3.10 We reserve the right to cancel any booking immediately where these Terms & Conditions are breached.
4. Arrival & Check-in
4.1 Check-in is available from 4:00pm.
4.2 If you expect to arrive late, please contact us before your arrival and we will do our best to assist.
4.3 A £100 security deposit is required when checking in. This must be paid by card.
4.4 The security deposit will normally be released within seven working days of departure, subject to your bank’s processing times, provided the accommodation is left clean, undamaged and these Terms have been complied with.
4.5 Deductions may be made from the security deposit for, including but not limited to:
Smoking or vaping inside the accommodation.
Damage to the accommodation or its contents.
Missing items.
Excessive cleaning.
Specialist cleaning.
Pet fouling.
Damage caused by guests or visitors.
4.6 If damage exceeds the value of the security deposit, we reserve the right to recover the additional costs from the lead guest.
4.7 We may ask to see:
photographic identification;
the payment card used to make the booking; and
any other information reasonably required to verify your booking.
Failure to provide satisfactory identification may result in refusal of accommodation without refund.
4.8 The lead guest is responsible for everyone included within the booking.
4.9 We may use booking records, registration details, signed documentation, vehicle registrations, CCTV footage, payment records and accommodation access records to investigate fraud, payment disputes or chargebacks.
4.10 The maximum occupancy of your accommodation must not be exceeded at any time.
4.11 We reserve the right to refuse admission or terminate a booking where occupancy limits are exceeded.
5. Departure
5.1 Accommodation must be vacated by 10:00am on your departure day.
5.2 Unless advised otherwise, guests may continue to use their allocated parking and Holiday Wristbands for the remainder of the day after checking out.
6. Holiday Wristbands
6.1 Eligible bookings include up to four Fantasy Island Holiday Wristbands.
6.2 Additional Holiday Wristbands may be purchased for additional guests, up to the maximum sleeping capacity of the accommodation booked.
6.3 Holiday Wristbands are issued during check-in and cannot normally be issued later to guests who were not present.
6.4 Lost or damaged Holiday Wristbands may only be replaced upon presentation of your original check-in receipt.
6.5 Holiday Wristbands do not guarantee that every ride, attraction, entertainment venue or facility will be operating.
6.6 Fantasy Island operates a published operating calendar showing opening dates and available facilities. It is the guest’s responsibility to check this calendar before booking.
6.7 The facilities available are reflected in the holiday price. No refund, discount or compensation will be provided where rides or attractions are unavailable in accordance with the published operating calendar.
7. During Your Stay
7.1 Please treat your accommodation, its contents and the surrounding park with care and respect.
7.2 If you discover any damage, maintenance issue or cleanliness concern when you arrive, please report it to Guest Services as soon as possible and, where practical, within 24 hours of check-in. This allows us the opportunity to investigate and resolve the issue during your stay.
7.3 We reserve the right to enter your accommodation where reasonably necessary to:
carry out emergency repairs;
inspect reported damage;
carry out essential maintenance;
protect the safety of guests or staff; or
prevent damage to the accommodation.
Where possible, we will give reasonable notice before entering.
7.4 If we cannot resolve a problem within a reasonable time, we may, subject to availability, offer alternative accommodation of a similar or higher standard. Where only lower-grade accommodation is available and you choose to accept it, we will refund the difference in price.
8. Behaviour
8.1 We want all guests to enjoy their holiday. Please behave responsibly and show consideration to other guests, our neighbours and our team members.
8.2 The following are not permitted:
Excessive noise, particularly between 10:00pm and 8:00am.
Smoking or vaping inside any accommodation.
Illegal drugs or criminal activity.
Violent, abusive, threatening or anti-social behaviour.
Damaging accommodation or park property.
Operating a business or selling goods without our written permission.
8.3 If, in our reasonable opinion, your behaviour places others at risk, causes nuisance, damages property or significantly affects another guest’s enjoyment of the park, we may require you and your party to leave immediately.
8.4 Where a booking is terminated due to a breach of these Terms, no refund will be given.
8.5 We reserve the right to recover any reasonable costs arising from a breach of these Terms, including repairs, specialist cleaning, security costs and loss of income.
9. Visitors & Parking
9.1 Overnight visitors are not permitted unless they are included on the original booking.
9.2 Complimentary parking is only available for two vehicles registered during check-in.
9.3 Visitors must use Fantasy Island’s public car parks and are subject to the standard parking charges.
9.4 Holiday Wristbands cannot be issued to visitors who are not staying within the booked accommodation.
9.5 The lead guest is responsible for ensuring all vehicle registration details provided at check-in are accurate.
10. Dogs
10.1 Dogs are only permitted in designated dog-friendly accommodation.
10.2 A maximum of one dog is permitted per accommodation unless agreed otherwise before arrival.
10.3 An additional pet charge applies as advertised at the time of booking.
10.4 Dogs must be kept on a lead whilst on the park and remain under the control of a responsible adult at all times.
10.5 Dogs must not be left unattended inside accommodation.
10.6 Owners must clean up after their dog. Additional cleaning charges may apply where pet fouling is not removed.
10.7 Dogs prohibited under current UK legislation are not permitted on site.
10.8 Assistance dogs accompanying disabled guests are welcome in accordance with the Equality Act 2010. Where possible, please let us know before arrival so we can assist with your stay.
10.9 Although every accommodation is cleaned between guests, we cannot guarantee accommodation is completely free from pet hair or pet allergens.
11. Children
11.1 Parents and guardians are responsible for supervising children at all times.
11.2 Holiday Wristbands do not provide childcare or supervision.
11.3 Travel cots and highchairs may be available to hire, subject to availability and the charges advertised at the time of booking.
12. Sexual Offenders Act 2003
You must not permit anyone who is, to your knowledge, a convicted child sex offender or is subject to the notification requirements of the Sexual Offences Act 2003 (‘on the sex offenders register’) to use or visit the Caravan. By making a booking, you are confirming that nobody in your party is on this register. Offenders will be required to leave the park immediately.
13. Smoking & Vaping
13.1 All accommodation is strictly non-smoking.
13.2 This includes cigarettes, e-cigarettes, vaping devices, cannabis and any similar products.
13.3 Evidence of smoking or vaping inside accommodation may result in the loss of your security deposit and additional cleaning charges.
14. Theme Park & Holiday Wristband Availability
14.1 Holiday Wristbands are included with eligible bookings, however Fantasy Island Theme Park, individual rides, attractions, entertainment venues and facilities do not operate every day.
14.2 Before booking, it is your responsibility to check the published operating calendar on the Fantasy Island website.
14.3 The availability of rides and attractions is reflected in the holiday price. No refund or compensation will be offered where facilities are unavailable in accordance with the published operating calendar.
15. Our Liability
15.1 We are responsible for providing your accommodation with reasonable care and skill.
15.2 Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits our liability for:
death or personal injury caused by our negligence;
fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation; or
any liability that cannot legally be excluded.
15.3 Subject to clause 14.2, we are not responsible for:
loss or damage that was not reasonably foreseeable;
business losses;
loss of profit or income;
events outside our reasonable control.
15.4 Guests are responsible for looking after their own personal belongings. We accept no liability for loss, theft or damage unless caused directly by our negligence.
15.5 Vehicles and their contents are left entirely at the owner’s risk.
16. Events Outside Our Control
16.1 We will not be liable where we are unable to fulfil our obligations because of circumstances outside our reasonable control.
16.2 These include, but are not limited to:
severe weather;
flooding;
fire;
industrial action;
utility failures;
government restrictions;
pandemics;
acts of terrorism; and
any other event beyond our reasonable control.
16.3 Where possible, we will contact affected guests promptly and offer either suitable alternative accommodation or a refund of monies paid.
17. Complaints
17.1 If something isn’t right during your stay, please tell Guest Services immediately so we have the opportunity to resolve it.
17.2 Complaints raised after departure may limit our ability to investigate.
17.3 If you remain dissatisfied after your stay, please write to us within 28 days of departure, providing full details of your complaint.
18. Photography & CCTV
18.1 CCTV operates throughout the park for the safety and security of our guests, staff and property.
18.2 From time to time we may photograph or film activities taking place around the park for promotional purposes.
18.3 If you do not wish to appear in photographs or video footage, please speak to the photographer or videographer at the time.
18.4 We will always seek permission before using guest-created photographs or videos in our marketing.
19. Privacy
19.1 We process your personal information in accordance with UK data protection legislation.
19.2 Our Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use and protect your information and is available on our website.
20. General Terms
20.1 These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales.
20.2 If any part of these Terms is found to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining Terms will continue to apply.
20.3 If we choose not to enforce a particular right on one occasion, this does not prevent us from enforcing that right in the future.
20.4 These Terms form the entire agreement between you and Fantasy Island Operations Ltd regarding your holiday booking.
